    Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Please note that we do not deliver medicines in Canada because of

    USPS for the USA customers – All the orders delivered in the USA are shipped through the USPS courier
    service.

UK Mail for the UK customers – All the orders delivered in the UK are shipped through the UK Mail
courier service.

Australia Post for Australia customers – All the orders delivered in Australia are shipped through
Australia Post courier service.

Japan Post for Japan customers – All the orders delivered in Japan are shipped through the Japan Post
courier service.

New Zealand Post for New Zealand customers – All the orders delivered in New Zealand are shipped
through New Zealand Post courier service.

  1. Tracking ID
    All the orders once processed from our end are 100% traceable. Every customer placing an order on our
    website will be delegated with a tracking ID via email within 1- 2 business days.
    Please note that orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any Indian/Singapore National Holidays may have
    a slight delay in the order processing. However, a tracking ID will be allotted to everyone who has placed
    an order on the next working day of the order processed.

As soon as the tracking ID is received, you can trace your order on the live feed after 48 – 72 hours of
receiving the tracking ID. If you are facing any issue while viewing your order on the live feed, we
request you to get in touch with our customer service assistants. This team is available for assistance
24*7 via email and chat.

Transparency is the key! Hence, any technical error, or unstable weather conditions might affect the live
feed for sometimes. Report your queries to our team and will ensure to resolve them as soon as
possible.

We request you to check all the email folders along with the spam folder after 24 hours of placing your
order. You will usually receive an email but, you can get a text message as well with the tracking ID only
at the customer’s request.

  1. Origin of initiating your shipment

The medicines are manufactured in India and usually shipped from India or Singapore. Hence, we follow
a standard packaging for all the orders. The medicines are rolled in a bubble wrap and inserted in brown
colored envelopes for 100% discreet shipping.

If the customer remains absent to collect the packaging from the delivery boy, or the mailbox is missing,
then the order will not be handed over or delivered to any other member. The postal boy will leave a
note behind asking you to get in touch and pick your packaging or request for re-delivery. If this occurs,
you can get in touch with our executives for help.

    than the team will re-ship your order avoiding any further delay.
